Sally Dungworth
With over 35 years of experience in holistic and beauty therapies, I have dedicated my career to both practicing and teaching these disciplines. After training at Lincoln College, I gained extensive experience working across the country in salons, spas, and colleges, as well as running my own successful salon for many years.
For the past three decades, I have taught beauty and holistic therapies in Further Education Colleges, and I currently work full-time as a lecturer in Derbyshire. Alongside my teaching, I run a busy clinic during evenings and weekends, sharing my skills with clients who value the restorative power of holistic treatments.
Reflexology has been a central passion of mine for over 20 years. I find immense joy in performing the treatment and in passing on my knowledge to students. Their achievements are a reflection of my own success, and I take pride in fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment. My enthusiasm shines through in every class, inspiring students to develop confidence and skill in their practice.
I am also a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists, which reflects my commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards and continuing to grow within the field of complementary therapies.

Caroline Knight
I have always had an interest in Holistic Therapies and first had Reflexology at the age of 8 when even at a young age, I appreciated its unique benefits to my wellbeing.
I chose to train at Jubilee College with David Wayte as I wanted to achieve the highest possible qualification with the very best training. My previous career involved customer service and leadership where I really enjoyed motivating, coaching and training individuals to develop and learn so I was very excited to enrol in the Level 5 diploma in Education and Training at Peterborough Regional College so that I could combine my passion of Reflexology with teaching.
As well as running my own successful Reflexology clinic, I am now living my dream of running the Cambridge and Peterborough branches of Jubilee College. Leaving my corporate office job and becoming a Clinical Reflexology Practitioner and Tutor was the best decision I ever made, and I have never looked back.
