Come and join us for a day of treatment swapping, hints and tips from Charlotte, tea, coffee, homemade cake and 2 mini workshops which will cover:

  • Low mood – with a specific focus on Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)
  • Acid reflux, indigestion and heartburn
