Reflexology For Sleep Disorders  

I believe everyone deserves a good night's sleep. Lack of sleep or poor quality sleep can impact several aspects of health and wellbeing. It can leave us feeling fatigued and experiencing low mood, which often results in lack of enthusiasm for things we usually enjoy, as well as feeling we aren’t quite as sharp and focused as we would like to be (amongst many other things).

About the course

This one-day workshop will involve a mix of theory and practical reflexology, giving you an understanding of the science behind sleep and the impact of poor sleep on our bodies. We will look at treatment planning for specific sleep disorders and the techniques you will learn have been proven to be effective and beneficial in improving sleep disorders.

This course is created by Charlotte Valler who is a qualified sleep consultant. It is delivered by Tammy Copping (in the South of the UK) and Sally Dungworth (in the North of the UK).

Course Cost: £180.00

Training dates are listed below. Candidates for this course must currently hold a full Practitioners Diploma in Reflexology / Certified Reflexologist.
